While Blue Pebble was resting on a sandy beach, a boy’s hand lifted him up and tossed him into a bucket full of colorful pebbles of different shapes and sizes.
All of them were uniquely beautiful, but also a little bit scared.
The boy picked them up from the beach and brought them home.
He placed them on a table and carefully examined them, cleaned them and arranged them.
When Blue Pebble landed on the table he spotted something he had never seen before.
Across the room, all along the wall there was an entire ocean, a big aquarium with lots of beautiful fish, plants and decorations.
The boy began carefully placing Blue Pebble and his friends around the aquarium.
That’s when he realized that, even though before he thought he was a uniquely blue pebble, he had cousins.
He is right there in that aquarium even now where he retells his adventures to other pebbles. They eagerly welcome new friends, but sometimes our Blue Pebble gets sad because he misses being free in the ocean.
